What you can expect at your appointment

I will arrive approximately 10 minutes before your appointment with everything needed for your treatment, including a professional massage table, fresh towels and massage oils.
Once I have set up, you'll be asked to complete a consultation form.
We'll take a few moments to discuss your general health, any medical conditions, injuries or areas of concern, ensuring your treatment is tailored to your individual needs.
When you're ready, I'll leave the room to allow you to get settled on the massage table. You will be fully covered with towels throughout your treatment, with only the area being worked on exposed at any one time, ensuring your comfort at all time.
